If you have a business website and want a WordPress CRM plugin, chances are that you are overwhelmed with the number of options that you have. The right CRM system is going to help you maintain relationships with customers and help you increase sales. These are just a few of our favorites that would be a great addition to your business website.
Option #1 – WPForms
If you are unsure how CRMs for your business are able to help, WPForms is a great option to try. This CRM does two things that you would expect any good CRM to do. It allows you to add a contact form anywhere on your site, making it easy for users to contact you. Secondly, all of the different contact form entries are added to your WordPress database. This makes it easy to go through your contacts and find out when a customer contacted you.
Option #2 – Presspoint CRM
This paid WordPress CRM solution has functionality and a great set of features. It comes with events, opportunity management, e-commerce, and email automation that are built directly into your WordPress site. Some of the other great features that it has include custom profiles, content restrictions, and customer directories. This means that you can create a different, unique profile for each user on your website.
Option #3 – UpiCRM
This standalone WordPress CRM plugin is absolutely free. You can manage and capture leads inside WordPress with your WordPress contact form plugins when using UpiCRM. It allows you to send e-mails, assign group contacts, assign leads, and more. It offers you some comprehensive insights into user activity on your website because of the excellent integration with Google Analytics.
Option #4 – WordPress-to-lead for Salesforce CRM
If you manage your business contacts through Salesforce CRM, this is an excellent plugin to try. It connects your Salesforce CRM account with your WordPress site. This allows you to manage any lead that you capture from your website and synchronizes them with your Salesforce CRM account.
Option #5 – WP-CRM
With WP-CRM, you are adding to the standard WordPress user management system and add the ability to insert custom Meta data. It also offers some potent filtering features that allow you to look at the different custom attributes that you set. If you want to extend the functionality, you can pay for some added add-ons, but the core plugin is free.
Option #6 – UkuuPeople
If you want to use a CRM system right inside your WordPress site, UkuuPeople is a great CRM system. For most WordPress site owners, this is one of the easiest CRM systems on the market. Using a master list, you are able to manage contacts in UkuuPeople. You can segment these contacts into groups (called tribes) and use touchpoints to initiate interactions. Right from your WordPress dashboard, you are able to schedule meetings, assign tasks, or add team members. There are paid additions to UkuuPeople, but the core plugin is available for free.
